Bipolar Support Group

An eight-week support group exploring topics such as symptom management, medication management, self-esteem, and creativity.

  • What do I do if I have another episode?
  • How did I get bipolar disorder?
  • How important is medication in managing bipolar symptoms?

The goal of the bipolar group is to provide information and offer support to individuals with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder.

When: Fridays 7:00 to 8:30 PM

The first meeting is an individual session to collect background data, provide information about the group, and to determine the fit between individual and group. Eight group sessions will follow.
